Since Berry Air was established in 2018 by our director Michael Berry. We are proud to know that our expert team has continued with the company throughout the years. Our team has over 50 years of combined experience with our head technicians having over 12-14 years of industry experience.

Michael
Director
Mike is the founder and director of Berry Air. However, Mike’s main focus now is client relationships and quoting. Mike prides himself on maintaining an enjoyable workplace for everybody here. He is extremely honest and upfront and the reason Berry Air continues and will continue to do well here on the Sunshine Coast. Our Director Mike started this company in 2018 after gaining extensive experience in the industry at Johnson controls, Dalkia and Veolia, working on large scale HVACR retrofitting, servicing, BMS installations and commercial refrigeration works.
DAN
Air Conditioning Mechanic
As our Senior Service & Breakdown Technician, Dan brings years of hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence that ensures our clients receive top tier service every time.
Dan has been with been with Berry Air since 2020, his deep expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction has earned him the respect of both his colleagues and clients. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, all of his jobs are handled with precision and care.

Jayden is our most recently qualified Air-conditioning Mechanic. Having been with us for the majority of his apprenticeship, Jayden has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to honing his skills in the field of air-conditioning.
One of Jayden's outstanding qualities is his approachable nature, which fosters excellent communication with colleagues and clients. His ability to build strong relationships and provide top-notch customer service makes him a key team member at Berry Air.

Air Conditioning Mechanic
Dave’s journey with Berry Air is a testament to his dedication, skill, and growth. As our very first employee, he has been with us from the very beginning, completing his entire apprenticeship with our team. Now, as a qualified technician, Dave plays a key role in our residential installations and has recently began taking on more responsibility on our commercial jobs.
Dave’s versatility positions him as an invaluable member of our team. He’s not only a trusted technician but also a fan favourite amongst our clients!

With over 10 years of experience, Sam is a seasoned professional who brings expertise and a strong work ethic to every project. His ability to work autonomously, combined with his clear understanding of construction processes, ensures that he is always efficient, effective, and timely.
Sam has the experience and problem-solving ability to handle any commercial HVAC challenge, making him not only an outstanding technician but a vauled asset of our team.

Gary is our most experienced member of the team. With over 20 years’ experience himself, he is a vital addition for the continuing success of the work we do here on the Sunshine Coast. Gary oversees our larger scale projects and commercial/contract jobs. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and is a massive asset to the company.
