Since Berry Air was established in 2018 by our director Michael Berry, we have not had any turnover of technicians. We are proud to know that our expert team has continued with the company throughout the years. Our team has over 50 years of combined experience with our head technicians having over 12-14 years of industry experience.

Michael
Director
Mike is the founder and director of Berry Air. However, Mike’s main focus now is client relationships and quoting. Mike prides himself on maintaining an enjoyable workplace for everybody here. He is extremely honest and upfront and the reason Berry Air continues and will continue to do well here on the Sunshine Coast. Our Director Mike started this company in 2018 after gaining extensive experience in the industry at Johnson controls, Dalkia and Veolia, working on large scale HVACR retrofitting, servicing, BMS installations and commercial refrigeration works.
Jack
Project Supervisor
Jack is our esteemed Project Supervisor and installation team leader at Berry Air. Initially joining us as a subcontractor, Jack has been an invaluable asset in overseeing several significant installations. In August 2020, we were thrilled to welcome him as a full-time member of the Berry Air team.
With his extensive knowledge and deep understanding of the mechanical trade, Jack is well-equipped to handle any project, regardless of its scale.
Peter
Service Supervisor
Peter is our Service Supervisor. He is highly skilled, diligent, and known for his strong work ethic. With over 12 years of industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every task he undertakes. Peter conducts his trade with integrity, ensuring that his work is carried out to the highest standards.
Peter has extensive experience working in commercial areas. His expertise in handling large HVAC/R plants and equipment provides Berry Air with a significant advantage in servicing such systems.
Daniel
Service Technician
Meet Daniel, one of our esteemed lead service technicians, who brings to our team a wealth of expertise, unwavering diligence, and an exceptional work ethic. With over 12 years of individual industry experience, Daniel exemplifies remarkable skills and professionalism in his craft.
As one of our lead service technicians, Daniel plays a pivotal role in our team's achievements. His profound knowledge and proficiency acquired over the years are invaluable assets to our team and contribute to the success of our operations.
David
Installations Technician
Dave is our first employee and has been with Berry Air since the beginning. He has recently completed his air-conditioning apprenticeship and is helping to run installations and manage apprentices on jobs.
David is rapidly emerging as Jack's indispensable right-hand man, showcasing his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Berry Air. In addition to his commitment, David has taken on various small projects, demonstrating his growing skills as an HVAC/R Installer.
Kahn
Electrical Supervisor
Kahn is our latest addition to the team at Berry Air. As our first electrician, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of refrigeration and electrical work. With Kahn on board, a whole new world of possibilities opens up for us.
While serving as our dedicated electrician, Kahn is also pursuing his air-conditioning apprenticeship, making him our first employee to excel in two trades simultaneously. This dual skill set makes him an invaluable asset to our business.
Jayden
Air Conditioning Mechanic
Jayden is our most recently qualified Air-conditioning Mechanic. Having been with us for the majority of his apprenticeship, Jayden has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to honing his skills in the field of air-conditioning.
One of Jayden's outstanding qualities is his approachable nature, which fosters excellent communication with colleagues and clients. His ability to build strong relationships and provide top-notch customer service has made him a favourite among our valued clients.
Thomas
HVAC Technician
Tom has recently joined the Berry Air team as our HVAC – Install Technician. He comes with years of experience and an amazing ability to get jobs done in a timely yet professional manner. Working autonomously or as part of the team, he has fit in with ease here and we look forward to seeing where Berry Air can take him in the future.
Adam
Service Technician/Electrical Apprentice
Adam is another recent newcomer to the team and has come from a Commercial background and has a wealth of knowledge around HVAC Maintenance.
Adam is also currently completing his Electrical Apprenticeship and will be a major component to the smooth running between Berry Air’s electrical and HVAV sides.
Gary
Contracts/Projects
Gary is our most experienced member of the team. With over 20 years’ experience himself, he is a vital addition for the continuing success of the work we do here on the Sunshine Coast. Gary oversees our larger scale projects and commercial/contract jobs. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and is a massive asset to the company.

Office & Accounts Manager
Abby is our dedicated office and Accounts Manager at Berry Air. She has been an integral part of our team since the very beginning, overseeing HR and managing all accounting matters. Abby's commitment and expertise have been instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Tegan (Right)
Office Administator
Tegan is our Office Administrator. With two years of experience under her belt, Tegan has been Michael's trusted right-hand person. She coordinates our team, ensures efficient scheduling and smooth workflow, orders parts, and oversees projects from start to finish.
